BA Readon!

From 7th – 25th June, pupils in Years 8-10 will be participating in our annual Readon event. They will set themselves a target which challenges them to read as much as they can over the next few weeks. They can read in some classes, once they are finished work in class and also at home to attempt to reach their goal.

This reinforces the importance of reading for enjoyment and to improve literacy skills but also raises money for the NI Cancer Fund for Children, a charity which we have supported through this event for many years.

Last year we raised £8,410, our highest ever annual amount, bringing our overall total raised for the charity to £53,587!
