UKMT Intermediate Maths…

Recently, over 250 000 students from over 3 000 schools participated in the UKMT Intermediate Maths Challenge. Pictured are the pupils from Years 11 and 12 from Ballymena Academy who took part.

Ryan Irwin (Best in School), Harvey Coster & Mark McClure (Best in Year 11) were all awarded Gold Certificates and won a place in the follow on round, the Pink Kangaroo.

David Henry, David Boriceanu, John Boyd, Ben Walsh and Alastair McKee achieved a Silver Certificate, with Calum Cavanagh, Ben McKane, Kyle Erdis, Luke Gregg and William Snowden achieving Bronze.
